Here is a quick update on what is happening at Whispering Pines:

• We are expecting a diverse geographical group of home owners at Whispering Pines. Dottie and I come to Tennessee by way of New York and lots have been sold to buyers from Georgia, Vermont, New Jersey, Tennessee, Maryland and Texas.
  
  
• The Bruning home on Lot 3 and the Mead home on lot 4 have been completed and are being enjoyed by their owners.
  
  
• The hardwood floors in the 2,400 square foot clubhouse have been finished and the remaining cabinets, trim work, and plumbing are scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2007.
  
  
• The beach and swim pier are also scheduled for a Spring 2007 completion.
  
  
• The dam for the second lake is undergoing some finishing touches and the 9 acre lake is starting to fill.
  
  
• Preliminary work on the beach has been completed and the beach sand and swim pier will be installed in the spring of 2007.
