Here is a quick update on what is happening at Whispering Pines:

• We are expecting a diverse geographical group of homeowners at Whispering Pines. Dottie and I come to Tennessee by way of New York and lots have been sold to buyers from Georgia, New Jersey, Tennessee, Maryland, Alabama and Texas.
  
  
• The Bruning and Mead homes on lots 3 and 4 have been completed and are being enjoyed by their owners. The Myers have built a very special second home on lot 17.
  
  
• The clubhouse has been completed except for a few minor items and the outside landscaping will be completed in the Spring.
  
  
• The entrance gates control access to the property.
  
  
• The second lake is undergoing some additional work and the 9-acre lake is filling.
  
  
• Road improvements are continuing.
